If your gift card code isn't working, please check if you have a gift card for a subscription (which you can use via your account) or a gift card for a single purchase. The gift card codes are different and can only be used in combination with the right product. On www.bloomon.co.uk/redeem-giftcard you can see all the different options and check which gift card you have.
