If you've used a gift card without a bloomon account, it's not possible to see how many credits are left on your gift card. You can add the code to a new order in the 'discount' field; if there are credits left, then these will be deducted from your order total. If you want to know exactly how many credits are left, then reach out to our customer service. We are happy to check it for you!

If you have a gift card for a subscription, you can log in to your account and see how many credits remain on your account. Log in to your account via 'My account' and click on 'My credits'. At 'Current credits' you can see how many you have left.
