At bloomon, we provide our customers with two types of services, a subscription to receive bouquets regularly (weekly to monthly) and an on-demand service for people who prefer to buy one product occasionally or would like to send a gift. Currently, these two services are not linked together which means that you might have a subscription with bloomon but if you want one of our standalone product, you will be prompted to enter your information again to complete your order. We are working hard to make this experience more seamless in the future.
I have a bloomon account with valid payment information, why do I need to provide my details again for some orders?
