Your bloomon subscription is flexible and without obligations. This means that you decide when, how often and for what period you want to receive our flowers: you only pay for the flowers received. When you sign up, you pick the style of your bouquet and how often you want to receive them. The standard frequency is every two weeks. Later on, you can log in to your account and change your delivery plan. Here you can choose which weeks you want to receive flowers. You can pause your subscription at any time via your account or our customer service. Be mindful that you can cancel a subscription up to three days prior to the scheduled delivery date. For example, do you have a delivery scheduled for a Wednesday and want to make a change or pause your account? You can do this no later than Sunday night prior at 11.59 pm.
