Orders can only be changed or cancelled within our deadlines. Please reach out to us for changing order details for products ordered without a subscription via our website (e.g. gift cards). Gift bouquet orders placed through the account can only be changed when a little trash can symbol is displayed next to the order (click on “Gifts”) otherwise the deadline has passed, and changes are not possible anymore. If you do see the trash can symbol, please click on it to delete the order and place a new order with the correct details.
